End User License Agreement

1. License Grant
By purchasing a Lifetime License Key, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Only10 software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. User Responsibility & Data Loss
Only10 is a tool designed to automate the organization of your inbox. The software moves emails not designated on your VIP list to a specific "Vault" folder. You are solely responsible for reviewing the contents of the Vault folder before permanently deleting them. We are not liable for any accidental loss of data, important communications, or financial damages resulting from the use of this software.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will be compatible with all future updates made by third-party email providers.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the creator of Only10 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
